We have agreed to take care of your lawn needs by mowing, edging, fertilizing, weeding and weed control as needed.

We will be blowing the yard and all sidewalks, stepping stones, walk ways or patio areas clear of leaves and debris and removing all debris from your yard as needed.

We will keep the lawn healthy and green by fertilizing when it is needed, spraying for weeds and pulling any that need to be. Removing dead clippings and applying worm control as needed.

We will rake your bark dust to freshen it as needed and notify you when new bark dust is needed. There will be an additional cost for new bark dust to be added.

We will keep any trees (under 8 feet), flowers and shrubs neatly kept and pruned. Anything over 8 feet will be an additional cost.

We will keep sidewalks, stepping stones and patio areas clear of weeds and debris.

ANY REQUESTS FOR SERVICES OUTSIDE OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST
